Eligibility:
Champion AC LLC (doing business as Champion Home Services) (the “Company”) Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to U.S. military veterans who are (i) legal residents of the State of Texas; (ii) aged eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry; and (iii) reside full-time in a home located within in the Texas and an area serviced by the Company that meets the eligibility requirements listed below.
All entrants must provide valid proof of military service with an honorable discharge, such as a DD-214 form, upon request. If such proof is not provided, the Company may, at its discretion, remove the entrant from the Sweepstakes. The winning entrant’s residence must have the infrastructure to support the installation of a whole-home air conditioning system, including, but not limited to, complete and intact duct work, a concrete pad, and a natural gas connection.
Employees and representatives of the Company and any of their respective immediate family members (defined as spouses, parents/stepparents, siblings, children/stepchildren, and their respective spouses), and household members (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.
Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Company’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter:
To enter, visit https://offers.championac.com/summer-giveaway/ between June 24, 2025 and July 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the “Entry Period”) and provide your full name and email address. See below section titled “General” for additional rules regarding entry.
Prize; Approximate Retail Value; and Odds:
One (1) winner will receive a residential air conditioning unit with installation, valued up to $30,000. If the winner has already purchased a new HVAC system from Champion Home Services on or after June 2, 2025, they will be reimbursed for that purchase, up to the maximum prize value.
Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Champion Home Services. If the winner’s home does not meet installation requirements, Champion Home Services may offer an alternative of equal or lesser value or deem the prize forfeited. If the winner does not provide valid proof of military service with an honorable discharge—such as a DD-214 form—Champion Home Services may deem the prize forfeited.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Any taxes or expenses not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Limit one (1) prize per household.
Random Drawing and Notification:
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be announced on August 1, 2025. The potential winner will be contacted on or about July 31, 2025 via telephone or email using the contact information provided at the time of entry. It is the entrant’s responsibility to keep their contact information up to date.
The winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/ Liability Release at the Company’s discretion. Failure to meet eligibility requirements, respond within the stated timeframe, or return required documentation may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
General:
By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Company. Participants are solely responsible for any internet connectivity or data costs incurred when entering.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Champion Home Services to use their name, city, and likeness (including photos and/or video) for promotional purposes, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or consent, as allowed by applicable law.
The winner is solely responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes on the prize. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
The Company is not responsible for technical issues, entry errors, late or lost entries, or any events or circumstances beyond its control. In the event the Sweepstakes is canceled, suspended, or modified due to unforeseen circumstances, the Company reserves the right to select a winner from all eligible entries received prior to such termination.
Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Entries become the property of the Company and will not be returned. Use of automated or robotic entry methods is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Governing Law:
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal claims must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
